Commanding General on LOA/Two Brevet Promotions

Due to a lack of internet access, James (Brigadier General Christopher Mitchell) is considered to be on a Leave of Absence until such time as he can rectify his issue. I, Edward (Andrew Knight), will assume temporary command of the Rock. I am naming Dr. Cara Nichols (played by our own Candy) as Acting Deputy Base Commander in addition to her normal medical duties. I'm also granting temporary one grade brevet promotions to both character for the duration. Promotions are effective immediately and may be rescinded upon James' return.
